You can upload the candidates’ CVs in PDF format, regardless of their structure, and the AI will do the work for you, standardizing and breaking down the information. You also have a plugin for recruiting candidates through LinkedIn, which is automatically registered in your database and the candidate is recognized by the Artificial Intelligence.
